Eaton is hiring an Assembler (Stacker) - 3rd Shift to work on Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role assembles transformer coils, steel cores, clamps, and related components; stacks and aligns steel; welds core clamps; operates shears, band saws, stacking tables, tilt tables, and base plates; and moves materials with forklifts and overhead cranes. The position pays $22.30 plus a $2.50 shift premium, with core hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and possible mandatory overtime. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants, and the role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to use electronic measuring devices and operate machines, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
