Description
The Assembler I/II/III performs manufacturing assembly work by validating materials, reviewing work instructions, building products to specifications and tolerances, completing clean-up, and following quality, safety, and PPE requirements. The role includes resolving assembly problems, improving equipment and processes, cross-training, training new employees, and maintaining product knowledge. Assembler I requires repetitive assembly ability; Assembler II requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of complex assembly or related experience; Assembler III requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of complex assembly or related experience. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing experience, SAP or equivalent ERP experience, root-cause problem-solving experience, and training experience. The weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay rates of $20.75, $22.25, or $23.75 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium depending on the level.
