Description
Wabtec is hiring an Assembler to manufacture locomotive and mining components by assembling wiring harnesses, piping, electronic components, and other parts; performing simple welding, testing, painting, material handling, and tooling work. The role requires a 10-hour Monday-through-Thursday shift, a high-school diploma or GED, at least one year of electrical or pneumatic hand-tool experience, and the ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds. Starting pay is $27.61 per hour, with progression to $28.75 per hour after six months and $29.68 per hour after four years of service. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
