Description
The Assembly Associate assembles lights using blueprints and work orders, performs 5S procedures, and operates machines such as potting machines, sonic welders, multi-voltage testers, rivet machines, shrink-tubing equipment, micrometers, air presses, pneumatic drivers, and crimpers. The role is available on the second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a $17 starting pay rate and a $1.50 per hour shift premium for second-shift employees. Candidates must have strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, work with minimal supervision, lift up to 34 pounds, stand for up to nine hours, and be available for occasional overtime.
