The Assembly Associate assembles lights using blueprints and work orders, performs 5S procedures, and operates machines such as potting machines, sonic welders, multi-voltage testers, rivet machines, shrink-tubing equipment, micrometers, air presses, pneumatic drivers, and crimpers. The role offers $17 starting pay, with 3rd-shifters earning an additional $2.00 per hour and certified assemblers earning $19 plus the shift premium.
