Mindlance is hiring an Assembly & Test (A&T) Technician II for an onsite second-shift position in East Aurora, New York. The role reports to the Process Manager and involves assembling commercial aircraft components, using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, performing operational tests on finished products, diagnosing failures, and providing rework or configuration instructions. The position is temp-to-hire with contractors converted after six months, includes a 10% shift differential, and requires at least three years of related technical experience, basic math and English work-instruction skills, and participation in the company’s FAA drug and alcohol program.
