Description
Sportsman Boats Mfg. is hiring a full-time Assembly Associate to work in the finished-assembly department assembling 20- to 35-foot center-console boats. The role involves wiring, installing motors and cushions, capping, rigging, finishing, installing outboard and navigation systems, using hand and power tools, inspecting parts, following safety procedures, and working in a fast-paced production environment. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with possible overtime on Fridays. Applicants need experience with air, hand, and power tools and experience in boating, automotive, electrical, carpentry, or a related field; the position also requires the ability to climb in and out of boats and stand or bend for up to eight hours per day.
