Description
The Automotive Assembly Associate will assemble automotive components, operate basic production equipment and hand tools, inspect parts and finished products, follow production and safety instructions, maintain a clean work area, and meet production and quality expectations. The role is full-time, offers first-shift schedules with overtime available, provides training, and requires no extensive manufacturing experience. Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, and candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, follow instructions, maintain attendance and reliability, work in a fast-paced environment, and pass required pre-employment screening.
