Description
L3Harris Technologies is hiring an Assembly B in Cincinnati, Ohio, to assemble and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical components for defense-related products supporting U.S. government contracts. The role involves reading technical documents, using hand tools and automated equipment, wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, quality inspections, documentation, and participation in continuous-improvement meetings. The schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week, with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of relevant prior experience, or an associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience. Prior electronics or electro-mechanical assembly experience, IPC J-STD-001 certification, and familiarity with defense quality systems are preferred.
