L3Harris is hiring an Assembler B in Camden, Arkansas, working 12-hour days three days per week. The role performs surface preparation, protective coating, insulation, casing work, casting, pressure-chamber operations, production documentation, waste handling, spill reporting, and emergency procedures while supporting manufacturing production. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and either four years of prior relevant experience or a post-secondary or associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience; previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Respirator qualification is required, and security clearance eligibility may be required.
