dnata Catering is hiring a Cold Kitchen Assembly team member to prepare and assemble cold food items for airline passengers. The role involves following recipes and portioning guidelines, maintaining HACCP/GMP food-safety standards, storing and labeling ingredients, assembling salads, desserts, rolls, cream, and other cold items, and loading completed meal trays onto airline carts. The position requires at least one year of food-preparation experience, a flexible schedule including holidays and nights, strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 30 pounds.
