Additional Information

Minimum Education: Technical vocational training and ideally further training as a technician or a technical degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience in a comparable role.
Proven experience in managing and leading personnel, work preparation, and deployment planning.
Preferred Qualifications: Very good knowledge of occupational health and safety and occupational protection regulations, as well as quality standards.
Reliable German language skills, written and spoken.
Strong experience in interface management between internal organization and customers, as well as sales and customer support.
Experience in welding technology, and knowledge of welding processes.
High willingness to travel throughout Germany as well as to neighboring European countries.
