L3Harris is hiring a Manufacturing Group Leader for its Assembly D- Cleanroom in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The role works 12-hour days three days per week and oversees cleanroom and production-floor operations, including production planning, throughput and yield monitoring, team training, 5S and FOD compliance, work instructions, materials, scrap processing, cycle counts, and coordination with manufacturing, quality, and supply-chain teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, eight years of prior assembly experience, a two-year post-secondary or AA degree, and four years of prior assembly experience.
