Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads daily laser component and subassembly production, develops production schedules, monitors manufacturing KPIs, plans capacity, and manages supervisors, engineers, technicians, and production associates. The role oversees quality, safety, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, workforce development, and corrective actions, with a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related technical discipline and at least seven years of manufacturing experience, including three years in leadership or management.
