Description
The Assembly Foreman will lead and supervise fitters and welders on site, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of assembly projects involving stair structures, production lines, safety floors, platforms, and other custom metal structures. The role coordinates project start-up, follow-up, completion, schedules, quality, safety, progress, customer and project-coordinator communication, and workplace order. Candidates need a technical diploma or equivalent experience, strong organizational and decision-making skills, an eye for quality and safety, and preferably experience in assembly or team leadership.
