The Assembly Supervisor will lead an assembly team and coordinate project execution for steel-structure projects. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, work progress, and efficient operations; preparing assembly schedules in collaboration with project managers; and monitoring schedule implementation. The role reports directly to management and requires a civil or industrial engineering degree, strong communication and leadership skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and an interest in steel construction.
