Description
The Assembly Foreman will manage and motivate an on-site team of assemblers, organize and monitor daily work, interpret technical plans, oversee quality and safety, participate in assembling prefabricated structures, and coordinate with project managers. The role requires assembly experience, plan-reading ability, leadership skills, a category B driving license, independent organization, and a hands-on quality-focused approach. It is a full-time position with pay according to construction-sector scales, extra-legal benefits, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
