Description
The Assembly Foreman leads the safe and efficient installation of custom metal structures, including stairs, production lines, safety platforms, and landings. The role manages assembly teams, prepares and coordinates worksites, interprets technical plans, supervises lifting and assembly operations, ensures safety, quality, and deadlines, serves as the main customer contact, and maintains administrative records. It is a permanent, full-time position with a company car, fuel card, mileage allowance, meal vouchers, and training opportunities.
