Great Northern is hiring an Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator for a weekend shift covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The role oversees assembly and fulfillment operations, assigns and instructs workers, manages materials and line setup, monitors quality and safety, performs minor maintenance and inventory transactions, and recommends process improvements. The position pays $24.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, includes three 12-hour shifts with 36 hours worked paid for 40, and offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, and a 401(k) match.
