The Assembly Helper supports assembly processes in a modern industrial company in Dautphetal by assembling subassemblies and parts, supplying materials and tools, checking assembled parts for quality and completeness, packing finished products, and performing general production-area support tasks. The role works in a three-shift system and requires good German, manual dexterity, basic technical understanding, reliability, teamwork, and physical resilience. Compensation starts at €15.33 per hour, with shift allowances and structured onboarding.
