Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Assembly, Integration and Test Leader to oversee multiple assembly, integration, and test efforts in the SPP area. The role manages AI&T readiness, staffing demand, team performance, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, test plans, schedules, specifications, hardware/software interfaces, and coordination with programs and other organizations. It requires a bachelor's degree, spacecraft production or test leadership experience, ATLO cost, schedule and planning experience, senior-level briefing experience, and an active Top Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
