Description
Premier Lighting is hiring a full-time Assembly Line Associate to assemble electronic lighting fixtures, repair or alter previously built fixtures, communicate with team leaders or managers, and use tools and supplies as needed. The role requires mechanical assembly knowledge, the ability to work with multiple materials and power tools, English workplace instruction comprehension, accuracy, basic math, communication, organization, teamwork, and adaptability. A valid Arizona driver’s license is required, while prior assembly-line or warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. The position pays $20 per hour, generally runs from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and includes PTO, sick time, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and supplemental insurance plans.
