Description
hand2mind is hiring an Assembly Line Lead to manage up to 20 assembly-line staff and oversee production orders for cost, quantity, bill of material, quality, schedule, safety, inventory, equipment certification, and material handling. The role leads two or more production lines, trains temporary labor, supports weekend and second-shift operations, and contributes to continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED, assembly and desktop-application experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; bi-lingual Spanish ability is a plus. Compensation is $20.00–$21.50 per hour, with profit-sharing bonus potential, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
