hand2mind is hiring an Assembly Line Lead to supervise up to 20 assembly-line staff and lead two or more production lines while meeting cost, quantity, bill of material, quality, schedule, safety, inventory, and equipment requirements. The role includes training temporary labor, coordinating workload plans, auditing kits, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates need firsthand assembly and desktop-application experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility for weekends and extended shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $20.00–$21.50 per hour, with profit-sharing bonus potential, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
