Description
Akraya is staffing a six-month W2 manufacturing leadership role in Greater Boston, Massachusetts, paying $35–$40 per hour. The position leads 8–12 build technicians in a rapid-prototyping and low-rate production environment, manages daily operations and production targets, oversees quality and safety, trains technicians, and coordinates engineering and production teams. The role requires supervisory manufacturing experience, technical-drawing interpretation, communication, and problem-solving skills; prototype or low-rate production experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or defense is preferred.
