Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is hiring an Assembly Machine Operator to operate hand-operated metal stamping presses and other assembly duties. The role involves reviewing job travelers and part drawings, performing quality checks, completing production paperwork, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; previous manufacturing experience is preferred. The starting hourly base rate is $15.50, with production bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.
