Blum USA is hiring an Assembly Machine Operator to operate, maintain, set up, and troubleshoot automated assembly machines in a production environment. The role includes inspecting materials and finished products, inserting components, packaging and palletizing goods, performing quality checks on drawer slides, supporting continuous improvement, and training new employees. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, physical work involving lifting and forklift operation, and availability for the 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. with overtime as needed. The hourly base rate is $22.55, with shift premiums and possible bonuses, plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
