Description
The Back-End Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer manages maintenance activities for assembly-line equipment and machinery in the semiconductor back-end manufacturing process. The role focuses on equipment availability, reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, coordinating with production and engineering teams, leading maintenance teams, analyzing failure data, overseeing equipment installation and validation, maintaining documentation, and driving cost-saving projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 1–5 years of maintenance engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly operations.
