Magna Exteriors is hiring a supervisor to lead the Assembly Maintenance Department at Decostar Industries. The role oversees maintenance operations for assembly areas, develops total productive and preventive maintenance programs, manages spare-parts inventory and maintenance budgets, supports equipment purchasing, installation, commissioning, and customer sign-off, and ensures workplace safety, regulatory compliance, employee training, quality, and continuous improvement. An associate degree or completed related apprenticeship is required, though six years of related experience may substitute, along with at least two years of supervisory experience.
