Molex is hiring an Assembly Maintenance Technician in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, to maintain the continuity, safety, and reliability of assembly-line production equipment. The role performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; repairs machinery; follows maintenance schedules and checklists; records equipment interventions; adjusts and improves equipment; identifies spare parts; supports troubleshooting; maintains 5S standards; and complies with EHS and quality-management systems. Candidates should have a technical or TSU qualification in mechatronics, electromechanics, mechanics, or a related field, basic knowledge of automatic-machine maintenance, and the ability to work safely and collaboratively in the assigned shift.
