RTCA is hiring an Assembly Manager to lead its Fife, Washington assembly department in a full-time onsite role. The position owns safety, quality, throughput, staffing, scheduling, process improvement, compliance, and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain. Candidates need significant aerospace or precision manufacturing assembly experience, manufacturing leadership experience, process-development ability, and knowledge of AS9100 or similar aerospace quality systems. The compensation range for onsite Washington applicants is $83,000–$95,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
