Description
The Operational Excellence Lead will drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity, cost reduction, and operational performance improvement across Assembly Operations. The role analyzes manufacturing KPIs, leads Six Sigma and Kaizen projects, coordinates cross-functional improvement activities, supports audits and work-instruction control, and develops training and digitalization initiatives. It requires a degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related field, at least 10 years of maintenance engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly, and experience in Back-End Manufacturing. The position combines office-based analysis with regular production-floor engagement.
