Responsible for achieving departmental operational objectives in an assembly environment by managing production, productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and customer-service standards. The role includes implementing engineering change notices and requests, applying systematic Why-Why Analysis for corrective actions, executing preventive and predictive maintenance plans for assembly machines, guiding shopfloor associates, supporting machine erection and commissioning, and driving Kaizen initiatives and training.
