Description
Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Assembly Operator for a 3rd-shift role working 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The position loads components into machines or conveyor systems, completes production and inspection reports, inspects parts, maintains a safe work area, and packs finished product. The pay starts at $20.55 per hour with scheduled increases, a $0.50 shift differential, and eligibility for a monthly attendance bonus. The role prefers one year of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment and requires attention to detail, teamwork, basic math, quality-gauge and fixture use, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
