The Assembly Department Reels Operator performs basic machine operations, light assembly, defect reporting, work-area maintenance, and safety compliance in a 3rd-shift, Monday-Friday schedule. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing-related experience, English communication skills, the ability to follow written instructions, basic math, and use of simple handheld measuring tools.
