Nesco Resource is hiring a 2nd Shift Assembly Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Milford, Connecticut. The role involves assembling mechanical and electronic components, performing quality checks, using hand and power tools, maintaining a clean work area, following safety procedures, reporting production issues, and meeting production goals. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $18.50 per hour, and a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred, while the ability to read instructions and blueprints, coordinate hand-eye movements, work with small parts, and maintain reliable attendance are also required.
