Description
The Production Operator assembles parts according to drawings and instructions, verifies accuracy with measuring equipment and gauges, completes line paperwork, performs quality checks, and follows work orders and safety systems. The role rotates through departmental jobs, assists new employees, and requires attention to detail, color differentiation, repetitive hand and finger motion, extended sitting or standing, occasional lifting of 30 pounds, and basic math ability. Less than a high school education and no prior experience or training are required.
