Quantum Systems is hiring an Assembly Operator for its Brasov manufacturing site to assemble, test, and support the production of advanced UAV systems. The role follows technical documentation and work instructions, performs basic functional checks, reports defects, maintains production records, and collaborates with Quality and Engineering teams. Candidates should have technical education or vocational training in manufacturing, assembly, mechanics, electronics, or a related field, along with manual dexterity, tooling experience, and the ability to follow production procedures.
