The Manufacturing Operator performs light assembly, spin welding, core cutting, basic machine operations, and other assigned manufacturing tasks. The role requires following written and demonstrated instructions, reporting defective materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and using basic measuring tools. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing-related experience, English communication skills, and the ability to read instructions and perform simple math.
