Ericsson is hiring an Assembly Operator for its US 5G Smart Factory in Lewisville, Texas. The role operates SMA and final-assembly equipment, including solder paste and glue dispensers, pick-and-place machines, automated optical inspection machines, screwdriver robots, and thermal grease dispensers; performs product testing and reliability checks; maintains inventory and machine readiness; conducts basic quality auditing and troubleshooting; and supports continuous improvement, 6S organization, and safety, environmental, and quality practices.
