Airbus is hiring several temporary Assembly Operators for Riveting Systems in Nordenham through employee leasing. The role involves operating and monitoring automated riveting systems, adjusting production processes, monitoring quality parameters, documenting manufacturing activities, troubleshooting malfunctions, loading and unloading components, maintaining tools and IT systems, and supporting production optimization. Applicants need technical vocational training, manufacturing or production experience, fluent German, basic Google Workspace knowledge, and willingness to work in a three- or four-shift system. The position offers approximately €22–30 per hour plus allowances and other employee benefits.
