Description
The Assembly Operator is responsible for setting up, producing, and completing work orders in the Assembly Department. The role includes fabricating parts, verifying work orders, maintaining tools and equipment, troubleshooting, keeping the work area safe and organized, identifying concerns, recommending process improvements, following safety procedures, and maintaining high-quality production. No minimum experience or education is required, while prior assembly experience is preferred. The position operates Monday through Thursday from 4:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, supplemental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, and an online apparel store.
