Description
The Production Lead supports daily production goals by resolving problems, maintaining line flow, reducing waste, coordinating training and staffing, and serving as the primary contact for assigned-area team members. The role requires at least one year of production or manufacturing experience with lead experience, leadership ability, work-order management, computer and manufacturing software knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coach staff and support continuous improvement. Friday-Sunday and Saturday-Monday shifts are available, with base pay of $24.24 to $44.42 per hour.
