Description
The Production Painter performs engine painting with precision, inspects finished products for quality and compliance, monitors equipment and processes, plans work to meet production schedules, and maintains a safe and clean work environment. The role requires prior production or industrial painting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, painting proficiency, attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, and willingness to work overtime and in varying temperatures. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of production processes from 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
