Molex is hiring an Assembly Process Engineer in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, to design, implement, optimize, and control plastic connector assembly processes. The role covers process documentation, PFMEA and control plans, production line balancing, root-cause problem solving, assembly equipment and pneumatic systems, tooling validation, PPAP and other process validation testing, KPI monitoring, and industrial safety and ergonomics. Candidates need an industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering degree, 3–5 years of automotive manufacturing process engineering experience, plastic and metal assembly experience, mechanical design and mechanism knowledge, pneumatic systems knowledge, GD&T, line balancing, Core Tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and CAD experience; vision systems and formal Core Tools knowledge are also listed.
