Description
Magna is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to work with the Assembly team to improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and operational excellence. The role supports new program launches, process flows, DFMA implementation, work instructions, FMEAs, control plans, KPIs, quality corrective actions, Poka-Yoke solutions, manufacturing technology evaluation, ergonomics, and equipment changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, engineering technology, or a related field, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, synchronous manufacturing, and ergonomics, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD. It is a regular, permanent, in-person, Monday-Friday first-shift role with weekends as needed.
