The role leads assembly-process development, roadmaps, risk analyses, project planning, customer-facing technical reporting, failure analysis, and continuous improvement, while representing the company with space agencies and other partners. It requires strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills, knowledge of measurement physics, mechanics, electronics, and materials, approximately 10 years of relevant experience, and an engineering or master’s degree.
