Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Assembly Program Manager to oversee automation and assembly equipment projects from concept and cost estimating through design, construction, implementation, and product launch. The role coordinates vendors, tooling, manufacturing processes, quality controls, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and continuous improvement for automotive component production. Candidates need an engineering technology diploma or related experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of process flow, control plans, PFMEA, statistical process controls, machine controls, CAD, ISO 14001/TS 16949, project management, and engineering documentation.
