The role supervises employees and construction sites, implements service delivery, creates and reviews securing plans, coordinates project changes, and supports digital processes. Candidates need a qualification for Securing Supervision 3 or Assembly Site Supervisor: in Technical BSS, or willingness to obtain it, along with flexibility for night, weekend, and public-holiday shifts, German language proficiency, and reliability. A Category B driver’s license and own car are desirable. The position offers permanent employment and up to 40 days of vacation.
