Description
The Assembly Line Supervisor supervises and coordinates assembly-line workers, monitors productivity, quality, and safety goals, recommends improvements to production methods and equipment, trains new employees, interprets company policies, maintains production and cost records, and recommends personnel actions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two to four years of related experience, Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and reaching in a manufacturing environment.
